Camp Speaker: Pastor, Forrest States Pastor States was born and raised in Pittsburgh, where he returned recently to pastor the Apollo Free Methodist Church.  Pastor States has served the FM church over 30 years.  Pastor States and his wife Elsie have three grown children.   Pastor States served as Blackhills Camp Evangelist in 2000.
